Sellcraft was founded by the husband-wife duo of Anil Mungee and Anuradha Mungee. Combined, they have over 35 years of technical project management, people management, sales and marketing experience in the IT industry.

Anuradha "Anu" Mungee - Founder, CEO and President

Anuradha is the founder, CEO and President of Sellcraft Softech and has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Under her leadership since 1987, Sellcraft has grown into becoming one of the leading IT companies in India.

Before founding Sellcraft, she worked for 10 years with Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Software Architect and Business Analyst.

Anuradha has taught at several management institutes including the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management at the University of Bombay (Mumbai).

She was awarded "Entrepreneur of the year" by the Pune chapter of the Computer Society of India in 1998. Anuradha has also served as the President of the Rotary Club of Pune Riverside.

Anuradha holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Victoria Jubilee Technology Institute (VJTI) and a Diploma in Industrial Management (DIM) from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Anil Mungee - Founder, Chairman

Anil has over 32 years experience in the manufacturing industry, including 10-years as CEO at various industries in Mumbai. He has over 10 years of academic experience in the management field and also served as a Director of Bombay University's Chetana Insitute of Management. He currently specializes in human resources, training and organizational development.

Anil holds M.Sc. from IIT Mumbai and M.B.A., Ph.D from USA.
