Individual enrollee premium billing and group billing processes are handled in compliance with all regulations and our clients' internal policies, timeframes and notifications.

Coding
We now offer remote, contract-coding services via, FAX, Overnight Delivery, File Transfer, Dial-Up or the internet. Using a browser-enabled system to record your medical records to the internet over a secure connection.
Medical documentation can be put in and retrieved from any computer connected to the internet. There are no long distance charges, no fax charges and no longer lost or misplaced medical records. Your information is completely secure, password-protected, encrypted (anyone monitoring the data connection will see only garbage) and safe.

Our certified coders will retrieve your records, code them and send them on to your billing service. If you're interested, we can forward the coding and billing information to a national billing service.
