The objective of Sellcraft’s Disaster recovery plan is to ensure smooth functioning of business activities. The plan covers protecting manpower, assets and information allows the team to move to different destination. Ensuring customer business continuity through -

1. Data backup and recovery methodologies.
The back up data is maintained on media and kept off line to a different location. Backs up are taken in batch mode at predetermined frequency. The recovery plan permits the loading of the data on required software environments within 4 hours.

2. Alternate Locations.
With headquarters in Pune, and offices throughout India such as Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore,Noida whereby the operations can continue in disrupted situations due to natural or man-made calamities such as earthquake, flood, fire, etc. Sellcraft has parallel development facilities to ensure business continuity.

3. Resources identification and training.
The in house system administrators and the engineers are well trained who play important role in recovery plan. We have long experience in controlling down time of the systems, as we maintain the client systems where the down time is contractually limited to ½% to 1%.

4. Internal network Communication.
All the terminals are well connected with a High Speed 100Mbs LAN through layer 3 switches and wireless connectivity.

5. Security features.
We have provided privacy, security, and confidentiality awareness training to our entire workforce; all our employees have signed a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement with company. Technical evaluations are performed on a routine basis to make sure all systems meet specified security requirements.

6. Power backup.
The entire infrastructures in all the offices have double backup power, primary back up from centralized UPS Systems and secondary from high capacity generators with automatic switchover.
